Benefits to E.C.O.F.A. Members
E.C.O.F.A. was founded to provide information to its members and the general  public about multiple use management of forest land.

How is this accomplished?

1 Regular educational meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at the Dover Public Library, meetings begin at 7 p.m
Directions to the Dover Public Library

2 Monthly Newsletters contain information on upcoming events around the state, past meetings, and current news items.

3 Several Field Trips are planned throughout the year.  Topics have included sawmill tours, woodland walks, grapevine control, and how to sell your timber.

4 Annual ECOFA Dinner Banquet instead of one spring meeting.  Details vary from year to year but the theme is to raise money in a live auction to help offset the cost of kids who go to forestry camp. ( Ohio Forestry camp details )
